Where to watch Scream 7 now
In the U.S., the primary subscription option is Paramount+. The film is available on demand for subscribers, although streaming catalogs and plan details can change. Paramount also notes that title availability is subject to change, so check the service’s current listing before subscribing specifically for this movie.
If you want to watch without a recurring subscription, you can rent Scream 7 digitally or buy it through Prime Video. The listing identifies UHD rental and purchase options. This is a transactional option: the rental or purchase is separate from having Scream 7 included in a Paramount+ subscription.
Why some listings show March 31, 2026
Some search results and retailer pages may show March 31, 2026. That date refers to the film’s digital home-entertainment release, when it became available to rent or purchase online.

| Release type | Date | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Theatrical release | February 27, 2026 | The film opened in U.S. cinemas. |
| Digital rental and purchase | March 31, 2026 | Viewers could pay to rent or buy a digital copy, including through Prime Video. |
| Subscription streaming | May 28, 2026 | The film became available on demand through Paramount+ in the U.S. and Canada. |
| Physical media | June 16, 2026 | DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD, and special-edition releases were reported for this date. |
The distinction matters because “available digitally” can describe either a paid rental or purchase or an included subscription title. For Scream 7, the March 31 date is the former; May 28 is the Paramount+ streaming date.
Physical releases: DVD, Blu-ray, and 4K Ultra HD
For viewers who want a permanent copy, the reported physical-media release date is June 16, 2026. The available formats include DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD, steelbook, and other special-edition configurations.
Collectors should also be aware of an Amazon-exclusive 4K edition that includes a Handmade by Robots Ghostface collectible. The package is an optional collector’s release, not a requirement for watching the film and not an alternative subscription-streaming service. Availability and price can change, so check the live retailer listing before ordering.

Which option is best?
- Choose Paramount+ if you already subscribe or expect to watch other titles on the service as well.
- Rent digitally if you want one viewing without starting a streaming subscription.
- Buy digitally if you prefer an online copy and expect to rewatch the movie.
- Choose Blu-ray or 4K Ultra HD if you collect the Scream franchise, want a physical copy, or want the relevant disc edition rather than a streaming license.
- Look at the Amazon-exclusive 4K package if the Ghostface collectible is part of what you want—but verify current stock and pricing first.
Is Scream 7 available internationally?
The confirmed May 28 streaming announcement covers the United States and Canada. It should not automatically be treated as a worldwide release date. Other countries may receive the movie through different services or on different schedules.
This article is therefore optimized for U.S. readers. If you are outside the U.S. or Canada, search your local Paramount+ catalog and regional digital retailers rather than assuming that the U.S. availability applies to your country. Do not rely on an unverified claim that the film is on Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, Max, or another service.
