The exact extras and versions displayed can vary by title page or account, so check the available versions after opening each film.
Is Wicked on Netflix?
Do not assume that both films are included with every U.S. Netflix account. Netflix’s official catalog lists Wicked: For Good, but the Wicked page found during research was regional rather than clearly confirmed as a U.S.-specific listing.
Netflix availability can depend on country, account location, and licensing changes. If you already subscribe, search for each film directly while signed in. For a reliably documented U.S. two-film option at the time of this update, Peacock is the stronger choice.

Can you rent or buy Wicked: For Good digitally?
Yes. Universal Pictures Home Entertainment states that Wicked: For Good became available to buy or rent digitally beginning December 30, 2025. Use an authorized digital retailer and check whether the specific title is offered for rental, purchase, or both.
Digital purchase wording matters: buying a film generally grants a limited license subject to the retailer’s terms; it is not the same as owning unrestricted copyright or receiving a physical disc. Retailer catalogs, prices, rental periods, and included bonus features may differ. The first Wicked film may also be offered separately depending on the retailer, so verify both titles before planning a two-film rental.
Physical media: 4K UHD, Blu-ray, DVD, and the two-film collection
Universal says Wicked: For Good was released on 4K UHD, Blu-ray, and DVD on January 20, 2026. Universal’s catalog also lists an official Wicked 2-Film Collection, making a two-film physical set the most direct ownership option for viewers who want both movies together.
If you want a permanent home-viewing copy, look for the Wicked 2-Film Collection 4K UHD or the corresponding Blu-ray/DVD edition. Physical-release materials for the sequel identify extras such as an exclusive sing-along version, deleted scenes, making-of featurettes, and director commentary. Confirm the disc format your player supports and check the exact package contents before ordering; editions and stock can change.
Physical media is an ownership and collection option, not a streaming subscription. A disc set will not automatically provide access to Peacock, and a Peacock subscription will not necessarily include the same bonus features found on a home-media release.

Are there current theater showtimes?
The films’ normal theatrical windows have passed, and the official information reviewed for this update focuses on streaming and home entertainment rather than a live nationwide showtime inventory. That does not rule out every local screening.
For a special showing, sing-along, repertory event, or local theater engagement, search using your ZIP code or city on:
- AMC
- Regal
- Fandango
- A nearby independent cinema’s website
Use the specific date and location when searching. A current showtime cannot be established without those details, and a national “no showtimes anywhere” claim would be too broad.

Best for a one-time rental: an authorized digital retailer
Digital rental avoids adding another streaming subscription. Check the rental expiration window and whether both films are available before starting the first movie.
Best for repeat viewing and extras: the physical collection
The official two-film collection is the better fit for collectors, households with unreliable internet, and fans who want disc-based bonus material. Choose 4K UHD only if your television and player support it; Blu-ray and DVD are alternatives.
Best for singing along: a sing-along edition
Peacock promotes a Wicked sing-along version, while Universal’s sequel home-release materials describe a Wicked: For Good sing-along edition. Availability depends on the platform or physical package, so select the version explicitly labeled “sing-along” rather than assuming every listing includes it.
