The representative also said Osbourne wanted to apologize to other women with whom he had sexual relationships and had entered intensive therapy after the relationship became public. The statement connected his conduct with struggles involving sex addiction.

Why Kelly Osbourne was sued
After the affair became public, Kelly Osbourne posted now-deleted social-media messages about Pugh. One of the posts publicized a phone number. Pugh subsequently filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles against Kelly Osbourne, alleging defamation, public disclosure of private facts and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Those were allegations in a civil complaint, not judicial findings that Kelly Osbourne had defamed Pugh or committed the other alleged acts. The personal information and abusive language from the deleted posts are not necessary to understand the legal dispute and should not be republished.
