What Isabella Ladera said
In public statements on September 8 and 9, 2025, Ladera said the video was private and had been distributed without her consent. She said it had been in the possession of only two people: herself and the other person depicted.
Ladera described the disclosure as a profound betrayal and said it had caused serious emotional and family-related harm. Her account formed the basis of her public accusation, but it did not independently establish who uploaded the video or who first shared it.
The distinction matters. A person may consent to being recorded, or to recording an intimate video, without consenting to its later publication or distribution. In this case, the claim that Beéle was responsible remains an allegation rather than a court finding.
What the civil complaint alleges
The complaint says Ladera and Beéle began a romantic relationship in or around December 2023. It alleges that intimate videos were recorded at Beéle’s request, that Ladera deleted the copies in her possession, and that she asked him to delete his copies in May 2024. According to the pleading, Beéle allegedly refused.

The complaint further alleges that Ladera was warned in June 2025 that screenshots had circulated. It says her management contacted Beéle’s management about the issue and that one video was later disseminated through a WhatsApp account on September 7, 2025.

Ladera’s legal theory is that Beéle either intentionally published the videos or provided them to someone who did so. The complaint names Beéle and unidentified John Doe and Jane Doe defendants.
