Raiche Wright was Teddy Swims’ girlfriend and later became the mother of his son, but she is not currently best described that way. Reporting published July 10, 2026, said the couple had split. Swims connected the end of the relationship to his song “Break Up in Reverse,” making “former partner” the most accurate present-tense description unless a newer, authoritative statement changes the situation.

That professional identity matters because much of the online interest in Wright comes from her relationship with a more widely known performer. She should not be reduced to “Teddy Swims’ girlfriend”: she is a recording artist with her own releases and career history.
Was Raiche Wright Teddy Swims’ girlfriend?
Yes. Teddy Swims and Raiche Wright were publicly linked in 2024. They appeared in one another’s social-media content and were seen performing together, including a widely discussed appearance in Dublin. A September 2024 profile described them as a couple, and subsequent coverage followed their pregnancy announcement and family life.
Because later reporting said the relationship had ended, articles using the current tense should refer to Wright as Teddy Swims’ former partner, not simply as his girlfriend. Older articles may accurately use “girlfriend” when describing the relationship during 2024 and the period before the reported split.
When did Teddy Swims and Raiche Wright break up?
The strongest current public report places the breakup by July 10, 2026. That reporting connected the end of Swims’ relationship with his child’s mother to “Break Up in Reverse,” a song released in July 2026.

The public information does not provide a complete, independently verified explanation for why the couple separated. A song can reflect an artist’s perspective, but its lyrics should not automatically be treated as a factual account of private events. There is not enough reliable public evidence to assign blame or claim that infidelity, abuse, custody disputes or another specific issue caused the breakup.
Do Teddy Swims and Raiche Wright have a child?
Yes. The couple announced in January 2025 that they were expecting their first child. Later reporting stated that their son was born on June 23, 2025.
Wright is therefore the mother of Teddy Swims’ son. Public reporting does not establish private details about the child’s life, the family’s residence, custody arrangements or the couple’s day-to-day co-parenting relationship. Those details should not be inferred from social-media posts or song lyrics.

Swims is known for his vocal-driven releases and ongoing recording activity. Fans interested in the musical context behind the relationship can look at his album catalog rather than treating the relationship coverage as a substitute for either artist’s work. Teddy Swims’ Teddy Swims’ I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy CD is one physical format associated with his music catalog; its edition, price and availability can vary by retailer and location.
Nothing in the available reporting establishes that I’ve Tried Everything But Therapy is a biography of Wright or a relationship-specific album. It is better understood as part of Swims’ broader discography.
