Spoilers for Season 1 follow. One year after the Love Is Blind: U.K. cast’s relationships were filmed, two of the six engaged couples were still together: Jasmine and Bobby and Nicole and Benaiah. Both couples were married. The other four relationships had ended, although Demi and Ollie remained close friends.
This status check comes from Netflix’s official cast update published on November 26, 2025. “One year later” refers to the reunion and status-update period after Season 1’s 2024 filming and release cycle—not to a new Season 1 reunion in 2026.

Only three couples married during the finale: Jasmine and Bobby, Nicole and Benaiah, and Sabrina and Steven. Maria and Tom, Demi and Ollie, and Catherine and Freddie did not marry.
Jasmine and Bobby are still together—and married
Status: Still together and married.
Jasmine and Bobby were one of the two Season 1 couples still together in Netflix’s November 2025 update. By then, they had blended their lives, moved into their own apartment, and were planning to start a family. Netflix also reported that they announced in June 2025 that they were expecting their first child.

The couple said that communication remained central to their relationship, including a willingness to discuss difficult subjects rather than avoid them. Jasmine’s mother, Marissa, had initially made Bobby uncomfortable, but the update described her as an important part of their day-to-day lives after the relationship between them improved.
A later Netflix article dated July 12, 2026, continued to present Jasmine and Bobby as together and preparing to welcome their first child. That later update supports their continued relationship beyond the one-year status check.
Nicole and Benaiah are still married
Status: Still together and married.
Nicole and Benaiah were the second couple identified as still together in the official one-year update. Netflix described them as happily married and said that the difficult parts of their unconventional journey had ultimately brought them closer.
Benaiah said that spending time away from filming and public attention helped the couple build confidence in their relationship. They were also considering holding another wedding celebration because Benaiah’s family had not been able to attend the televised ceremony.

Sabrina and Steven split less than a year after marrying
Status: No longer together.
Sabrina and Steven married in the finale, but their marriage lasted less than a year. Netflix reported that they were in the process of having the marriage annulled, and both were described as single at the time of the one-year update.
Steven attributed the breakdown to the practical and emotional pressures that followed the experiment, including long distance, work demands, incompatible communication styles, and different expectations for the relationship. Sabrina said that the relationship had become one-sided and that she ultimately chose herself.
Maria and Tom broke up on their wedding day
Status: No longer together.
Maria and Tom did not marry. Their disagreements about values, household roles, and money remained unresolved, and both described themselves as single in Netflix’s update.

Maria said she felt Tom had told her what she wanted to hear in the pods, while their expectations became less compatible in the outside world. Tom maintained that they had important differences in values from the beginning, even though their original connection had been strong.
Demi and Ollie are friends, not a couple
Status: Not together romantically; still close friends.

Demi said no at the altar. After spending time apart, she and Ollie concluded that they were better suited as friends. Ollie described them as genuinely best friends who spoke regularly and interacted on social media.
Demi said that she had fallen in love with Ollie during the experiment, but that the experience ultimately helped her develop a deeper sense of self-confidence. Their continued friendship should not be confused with a romantic reconciliation.

Catherine and Freddie ended their relationship after trying to date
Status: No longer together.
Catherine said yes at the altar, but Freddie declined to marry. The pair tried dating for a period after the show before ending the relationship. They remained friendly, according to the official update.
Freddie said that pressure, incompatibilities, and feeling unable to make independent decisions during the experiment contributed to his decision not to marry. Catherine said that off-camera issues and inconsistencies in Freddie’s behavior contributed to her insecurity.

At the time of Netflix’s update, Catherine said she had been dating Jake—another member of the Season 1 pod group—for nearly a year. Freddie was single.
What happened to Olivia and Conor?
Olivia and Conor were also Season 1 pod-squad participants, but their relationship was not followed as one of the six principal on-camera engagements. Netflix later reported that they became engaged off camera, arranged their own holiday, and tried to make a long-distance relationship work between London and Ireland.
They eventually ended the engagement because of distance, work schedules, and limited time together. They remained friends. For that reason, Olivia and Conor should be treated as additional Season 1 context rather than added to the main list of six on-camera engaged couples.
