Squid Game Season 2 came to Netflix on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time. It is already available to stream, with all seven episodes released at once.
U.S. release times
Netflix used one global release moment rather than launching the season at midnight in every country. In the United States, that meant the following times on December 26:
| Time zone | Release time |
|---|---|
| Pacific Time | 12:00 a.m. |
| Mountain Time | 1:00 a.m. |
| Central Time | 2:00 a.m. |
| Eastern Time | 3:00 a.m. |
So viewers in Los Angeles could watch at midnight, while viewers in New York had to wait until 3:00 a.m. The season did not arrive at 12:00 a.m. local time across the country.
International release times
The same worldwide release translated into different local times elsewhere:

Netflix released all seven episodes of Season 2 on December 26. It was not a weekly release, and Netflix did not split the season into separate batches. Once the release time arrived, the complete season became available to subscribers.
What to do if Season 2 does not appear
If the episodes are missing at the release time, the issue may be the Netflix app or the device cache rather than the release itself. Try these steps:
