Spoiler warning: The Bold and the Beautiful has answered Luna Nozawa’s baby-paternity mystery. Bridget Forrester delivered the result at Bill Spencer’s home on October 13, 2025: Will Spencer is the biological father.
The reveal settled the central question, but it did not lead to a Spencer family baby. Luna later reported a miscarriage in prison, and a prison hospital report confirmed that the pregnancy had ended.
Will Spencer is Luna’s baby’s father
In Season 39, Episode 21, Bridget announced the result of Luna’s paternity test to the Spencer family. The test showed that Will Spencer, Bill Spencer’s son, was the biological father of Luna’s baby.
Will immediately rejected the result and claimed that the test must be wrong. Bill asked Bridget to conduct another test, but she refused. Her position was that the result was conclusive. CBS’s official episode description also framed the episode around Luna taking a blood test to prove Will’s paternity and the shock that followed.

That means the October 13 episode was not merely another cliffhanger in the paternity story. The show identified Will as the father.
How Luna became pregnant
Luna’s pregnancy came from her encounter with Will after she secretly drugged him with heavily spiked drinks. Will believed he was with his girlfriend, Electra Forrester, because Luna had disguised herself as Electra.
The storyline later made clear that Will did not view the encounter as a consensual romantic relationship. He told Luna that what happened was “forceful,” not an act of love. Luna nevertheless used the pregnancy as leverage, arguing that the baby connected her to Will and to the Spencer family.
She also presented the pregnancy as a reason to avoid prison. Luna told Finn Finnegan that Will was the father and repeatedly treated the unborn child as a way to secure a future with Will. The paternity result strengthened that claim, even though it did not change Will’s view of what Luna had done.

No. Finn is Luna’s biological father, but he is not the father of Luna’s baby. The confusion comes from two different paternity stories:
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| Who is Luna’s biological father? | Finn Finnegan |
| Who fathered Luna’s baby? | Will Spencer |
| Was Remy Pryce confirmed as the father? | No. Remy was only a fan-theory possibility. |
Remy Pryce was never revealed as the baby’s father. The aired result belongs to Will.
The pregnancy ended in miscarriage
The paternity reveal did not lead to Luna giving birth. On November 19, 2025, Luna told Will that she had miscarried while incarcerated. The story was followed by an official confirmation.
On November 21, 2025, Deputy Chief Bradley Baker told the Spencer family that the prison hospital report verified the miscarriage. There was no baby for Will to raise, and no child was born from the pregnancy.

What happened to Luna?
Luna’s final storyline ended soon after the miscarriage was reported. While fleeing from police, she was fatally struck by a car on November 20–21, 2025. Baker subsequently confirmed her death to the Spencer family.
Rank #4
Soap operas sometimes revisit apparently final deaths, so viewers may continue to speculate about Luna surviving. However, the aired storyline treats her as dead, and there is no verified reversal in the available CBS listings through July 27, 2026. Luna is not listed among the current main cast, while Will remains part of the show’s cast information.
The confirmed storyline in four answers
- Who is the father? Will Spencer.
- Did Luna give birth? No.
- What happened to the pregnancy? A miscarriage was reported by Luna and confirmed by the prison hospital report.
- What happened to Luna? She was declared dead after being struck by a vehicle while fleeing police.
So the baby puzzle is solved, but the outcome is tragic rather than a new Spencer family custody battle: Will was the father, yet the child was never born.

The Bottom Line
Bottom line: Will Spencer is the confirmed father of Luna Nozawa’s baby. The pregnancy ended in a miscarriage in prison, so Luna never gave birth and Will is not raising a child from the storyline. Finn is Luna’s father—not the baby’s—and Remy was never confirmed.
