When veteran broadcaster Alistair Cooke died in 2004 few suspected that he was yet to discover the bigger story. What happened to the body lying in a funeral that reveal a history of modern grave robbery on the day and helped break up a kidnapping ring that body had made millions of dollars by cutting and selling off more than 1000 bodies. The bodies have become big business.

Every year millions of people’s lives better with the use of tissue from the dead. The bodies are used to supply spare parts, and for surgeons to practice.
