Flat Earth & The Islamic Golden Age

When it comes to innovations and science, the Islamic world is rarely mentioned. In fact, we rarely think that the Islamic World has given us many firsts.

But the reality is quite the opposite. In fact, the Islamic Golden age gave us the first confirmation that our Earth is round and not flat.

With the United Arab Emirates and their rapid progress in space programs, it is time to look at the Muslim world from another angle.

The show Project Equidistance, is a science series looking at the past, present, and future development of scientific theory and progress from a Muslim and Emirati perspective.
