About the film
Last Exit to Kai Tak is a 2018 Hong Kong documentary exploring the different choices and fates of Hongkongers in the aftermath of the 2014 Umbrella Revolution. Directed by British filmmaker Matthew Torne, the film follows the stories of five protagonists, portraying their struggles between leaving and staying, as well as the personal decisions they make in the face of changing times.
