The WWE Crown Jewel Championship is a separate event prize decided in men’s and women’s champion-versus-champion matches at Crown Jewel. It does not replace or unify the competitors’ existing championships, according to WWE’s descriptions of the matches. Cody Rhodes and Liv Morgan won the inaugural titles in 2024; Seth Rollins and Stephanie Vaquer won in 2025. WWE announced the 2026 event for Riyadh on November 7, 2026, but it is upcoming as of October 8, 2026.
What is the WWE Crown Jewel Championship?
It is an event-specific distinction awarded in special champion-versus-champion matches at WWE’s Crown Jewel event. Competitors enter as champions of their respective divisions, and the winner earns the Crown Jewel title. WWE separately identifies the wrestlers’ existing championships and the Crown Jewel Championship match, so this is not described as a unification bout or a transfer of either competitor’s underlying championship. WWE’s 2024 results name Cody Rhodes and Liv Morgan as the first Crown Jewel Champions, while its 2025 preview describes the men’s contest as a “WWE Crown Jewel Championship Match.”
WWE’s published results establish annual winners and subsequent champion-versus-champion matches. They do not specify a regular defense schedule or explain whether a winner formally holds or defends the distinction between Crown Jewel events.

WWE announced Crown Jewel for November 7, 2026, in Riyadh, with champion-versus-champion matches in both the men’s and women’s divisions. What is known about the championship belt?
WWE Corporate described the title as “a title made up of 50 carats of diamonds” in its September 1, 2026 announcement. That is WWE’s stated diamond figure, not a full materials specification: the announcement does not detail diamond grading, other materials, or dimensions. The reviewed official sources also do not establish that an official replica is available.
