Focus, the 2015 crime comedy starring Margot Robbie and Will Smith, reached No. 1 on Netflix’s U.S. Top 10 movies list on November 11, 2024, according to BGR. The ranking followed the film’s reported November 10 streaming debut; it is a dated chart result, not a claim about the movie’s current position.
What is Focus about?
Will Smith plays Nicky Spurgeon, a veteran con artist who takes aspiring grifter Jess Barrett, played by Margot Robbie, under his wing after she tries to scam him. The pair later reunite in Buenos Aires, three years after their first encounter, while Nicky is working for a motorsports team owner. Glenn Ficarra and John Requa directed the film. BGR

What did Netflix’s No. 1 ranking mean?
BGR reported on November 11, 2024, that Focus had reached the top of Netflix’s U.S. Top 10 after its reported streaming debut the day before. That describes the U.S. chart at that time. Netflix says its Top 10 lists update daily on supported devices, while the lists at top10.netflix.com update weekly. Rankings are also country-specific, so a U.S. result should not be treated as a worldwide ranking. Netflix Help Center Netflix Tudum’s U.S. Top 10 films
Is Focus still on Netflix?
The 2024 chart appearance does not establish whether the film is currently available on Netflix. Catalogs vary by region and change over time, so check Netflix in your country for current availability rather than relying on an old ranking.
