Why hasn’t Jasmine Pineda returned to Panama?
On February 6, 2026, Jasmine explained on Instagram that she was unable to leave the United States. Showbiz Cheat Sheet quoted her statement: “I’m currently unable to leave the U.S. due to false allegations made by my ex regarding immigration fraud, after a five-year relationship.”

Her attorney, Kelsey Zubkoff, separately wrote, “Yes I have advised against any international travel,” according to the same report. Those are Jasmine’s and her attorney’s statements; the coverage did not include immigration records, the underlying allegations, or a court order establishing that travel was legally prohibited. She has said she hopes to reunite with her sons
Jasmine has two sons in Panama. In an interview reported by Swooon on November 6, 2025, she said she had moved to the United States on a K-1 visa in 2023, was a permanent resident rather than a citizen, and had hired an immigration lawyer. She said she was working toward bringing her sons to the United States. Are Jasmine and Gino still together?
No. Gino’s representatives said his divorce from Jasmine was finalized in Michigan on June 25, 2026, as reported by TV Insider. That is the latest legal-status update in the reporting reviewed; it would be misleading to present them as a current married couple. TV Insider’s June 25, 2026 report.

What is known about the divorce settlement?
TMZ reported on June 27, 2026, that Jasmine’s representatives described the settlement as $500 monthly payments until she received $20,000 in total spousal support. Did Jasmine return to Panama in October 2026?
