John Legend appears in one search result for this question, but that result does not connect him to a specific, verifiable Samsung ad.
Who is the guy in the Samsung commercial?
There is not enough information to confirm his identity. Samsung has advertised different products and campaigns, and the question gives no product, campaign name, country, air date, or description of the scene. Without knowing which commercial you saw, naming an actor or celebrity would be a guess.
Is the man John Legend?
Not on the evidence available. A LearnProTips article dated April 15, 2025, carries the title “Unveiling the Mystery: Who is the Guy in the Samsung Commercial?” and mentions John Legend, but its search-result text does not identify a particular commercial or substantiate that he appears in it. Treat that identification as unverified. LearnProTips article
Does a 2025 Samsung Galaxy commercial article identify him?
A search index for Acting Magazine lists a separate article titled “Who is the actor in the new Samsung Galaxy commercial (2025)?” and names Joanne Randle in the excerpt. That listing does not establish that the article concerns the same commercial, or that Joanne Randle is the man asked about here. It is not confirmation of this ad’s cast. What details would identify the commercial?
To verify the person, first narrow down the specific spot. Any of these details could help:
- The Samsung product or model shown
- The campaign name or a slogan from the ad
- Where and when you saw it, including the country or platform
- A description of the scene, dialogue, or other people featured
- A link to the commercial or a screenshot
With the ad identified, its cast or campaign information can be checked against a source that actually refers to that spot.
