Bravo identified Ali Pereless as JT Thomas’ girlfriend in a report about his November 2024 Instagram post. That is a dated identification, not confirmation that they are still together: a March 2025 report relayed Venita Aspen’s secondhand comment that they may have broken up. The sources available do not establish JT’s relationship status as of October 8, 2026.
Who was JT Thomas’ girlfriend?
In November 2024, Bravo reported that JT Thomas posted Instagram photos with Ali Pereless and presented her as his girlfriend. Ali is the woman named in that report; it does not establish whether she is his current partner.
What is known about JT and Venita Aspen?
During Southern Charm Season 10, JT and Venita acknowledged mutual chemistry on camera. JT told her, “I’m seeing someone.” Bravo’s episode recap says Venita knew he had been talking to someone, but did not understand that person to have been presented to her as his girlfriend. The available reporting does not establish that this person was Ali Pereless.
Venita later said she and JT dated after filming ended. Bravo reported her account that their relationship ended in October 2024. This was a separate relationship from the November 2024 report identifying Ali as JT’s girlfriend.

Did JT and Ali break up?
In March 2025, Bravo reported that Venita said “word on the street” was that JT and his girlfriend had since broken up. That was a secondhand indication, not a breakup announcement from JT or Ali. Bravo’s reunion coverage described a later disagreement between JT and Venita about their breakup and a backstage interaction; it did not establish that they resumed dating.
No source cited here confirms whether JT and Ali are still together, or whether JT has a new partner. The latest located relationship-status claim is Venita’s secondhand comment, reported in March 2025, so it should not be treated as a confirmed or current status update.
