Nakime is a demon in Muzan Kibutsuji’s service whose story role is closely connected to the Infinity Castle. After Hantengu’s death, she becomes Upper Four. Under Muzan’s orders, she is responsible for bringing the Demon Slayer Corps into the castle, according to the film’s official U.S. character page.
Who is Nakime?
Nakime is a demon aligned with Muzan, and the Infinity Castle is central to her role in the story. The film’s official U.S. character page describes her as responsible, under Muzan’s orders, for the Demon Slayer Corps’ descent into the stronghold. She is therefore important not only as one of Muzan’s demons but also as a figure tied to the setting of the Infinity Castle.
When does Nakime become Upper Four?
Nakime becomes Upper Four after Hantengu’s death. That is a later change in rank, not her status from the beginning of the story. The timing and rank are stated on the official Infinity Castle character page.
