Public records connect Nadia Marcinko—also named as Nadia Marcinkova or Nadja Marcinkova—to Jeffrey Epstein’s aircraft travel. A Florida court filing describes her as Epstein’s traveling companion during an episode involving an alleged change of flight destination, and a reproduced 2005 passenger manifest lists “NADJA MARCINKOVA” aboard a JEGE, Inc. Boeing 727. Neither cited record establishes that she piloted either flight or committed a crime.
What do the records say about Nadia Marcinko and Epstein’s aircraft?
The records support a documented association with travel on Epstein’s aircraft. They do not, on their own, establish that Marcinko was a pilot, or that she knew about or participated in abuse.
The Florida court filing
A 2009 Florida court filing in Epstein v. Rothstein describes Marcinkova as Epstein’s traveling companion aboard a privately owned aircraft in Miami. According to the filing, the pilot had filed a flight plan to Teterboro while FBI agents were preparing to serve Marcinkova with a target letter upon arrival. The filing alleges that Epstein redirected the aircraft toward the U.S. Virgin Islands and verbally pressured her not to cooperate with a grand jury investigation. These are allegations recounted in a court filing, not a judicial finding that Marcinkova committed a crime. Read the DOJ-hosted court filing.
The 2005 passenger manifest
A reproduced passenger manifest dated March 1, 2005 lists “NADJA MARCINKOVA” on a West Palm Beach (PBI)-to-New York (JFK) flight aboard a B-727-31 operated by JEGE, Inc. Jeffrey Epstein and Andreana Muncinska are also listed. The document is a transcription in a secondary public-record archive, rather than an official DOJ webpage statement. A name on a manifest documents what the record lists; it does not by itself prove what a passenger knew or did. View the reproduced manifest.

Does the evidence show that Marcinko was a pilot?
No. The cited court filing describes a pilot filing the flight plan, and the manifest lists Marcinkova as a passenger. Neither source identifies her as piloting those flights. The records considered here therefore support a travel connection, not the title’s implication that she was the pilot. They also do not verify her current occupation or public status.
How should Epstein flight records be read?
Different records have different scopes and evidentiary value. The DOJ Epstein Library separates collections of court records and other disclosures and notes that information about victims and private individuals may be redacted. A name appearing in a passenger record or contact record establishes only that the name appears there; stronger claims about a person’s role require separate evidence. See DOJ’s disclosure collections and redaction information.

An FBI email reproduced in search results describes pilot David Rodgers’s personal flight logs as covering approximately April 1991 to January 2006. That period applies to the logs discussed in that email, not necessarily to every set of Epstein-related flight records. Separately, a DOJ release notice from February 27, 2025 links to a flight log released in United States v. Maxwell. Those references should be attributed to their particular documents rather than treated as one comprehensive, interchangeable record set. Read the DOJ’s February 27, 2025 release notice.

The documents cited here use Nadia Marcinkova and Nadja Marcinkova, while the title uses Nadia Marcinko. The manifest’s reproduced transcription preserves the spelling “NADJA MARCINKOVA”; the court filing uses a variant of the name. Those differences are worth noting when matching records, but spelling variation alone does not establish a separate identity or explain the naming history.
