Who is Morgan Wade?

Her songs can be a point of entry into her work, but they should not automatically be read as a complete, verified account of her life. In an August 1, 2025 Nashville.com interview, Wade described writing as therapy and said she chooses to release the songs afterward. She was explaining her own process, not making a clinical claim about songwriting.
Why is Morgan Wade associated with Kyle Richards?
The reference is to Kyle Richards, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality. In a September–October 2023 profile, The American reported that Wade reached out after Richards shared one of Wade’s songs in an Instagram Story. Asked about their relationship, Wade said, “We’re friends,” and added, “the Internet’s a dumb place.” That is a dated, attributed description from Wade—not confirmation of their present relationship or evidence for romantic claims.

The same profile reported that Wade and Richards spoofed online speculation in Wade’s “Fall In Love With Me” video. That is the magazine’s account of the video and its context; it does not establish details of their private relationship.

Reckless and “Wilder Days”
Wade’s official biography calls Reckless her breakthrough album and highlights “Wilder Days” as a key song. It is a natural place to start if you want to hear the music that first brought her broader attention. The available sources support it as a signature entry point, but do not establish a definitive ranking of her most famous song.

Psychopath followed Reckless. The Hall of Fame’s program page documents Wade performing the title track during a concert and conversation recorded on February 3, 2024.
Obsessed
Sony Music Canada announced Obsessed on August 16, 2024, describing it as a 14-track album written by Wade alone and produced by touring guitarist Clint Wells. The album includes “Walked on Water,” identified in the announcement as Wade’s first-ever collaboration, featuring Kesha. These details describe the album as presented by Sony Music Canada in its announcement.

The Party Is Over (recovered)
Wade’s official music page describes The Party Is Over (recovered) as an 11-song follow-up to Obsessed. Wade wrote the songs solo; some originated before her major-label deal and were given new versions for the release. Clint Wells is named as producer. The official page describes a range from guitar-heavy twang-punk and grunge to R&B and acoustic arrangements.
In the 2025 Nashville.com interview, Wade said some of the older songs had been written when she was 19. Revisiting them brought back both good and painful memories, she said. She also explained that she wants each record to sound different and to explore new styles.
