What has Bailey said about his dating status?
December 2024: he declined to answer
Bailey’s answer to the direct question about whether he was in a relationship was “Not discussing that,” as reported by British Vogue. That is a refusal to share details, not evidence of either being single or partnered.
July 2025: “I’m available”
In an episode of Chicken Shop Date released 4 July 2025, Bailey told host Amelia Dimoldenberg, “I’m available.” E! News reported the exchange on 8 July 2025. It describes what he said at that time, not a guarantee about his status today.

June 2026: a reference to “my boyfriend”
In coverage published 2 June 2026, EL PAÍS quoted Bailey saying, “No iba a dejar de coger de la mano a mi novio por la calle” (“I wasn’t going to stop holding my boyfriend’s hand in the street”), in a conversation with Elton John about public hand-holding. The report does not name the person or establish whether Bailey was describing a current relationship.

Bailey has described the distinction between secrecy and privacy as: “It’s not secret, but it’s private.” Just Jared quoted that 2023 remark in a report published 7 July 2025. Separately, The Guardian’s February 2025 interview discusses his concerns about how headlines concerning his identity and family can be distorted. Neither source identifies a partner.
Rank #2
So the responsible answer is limited: Bailey has made comments about relationships at different times, but the reporting cited here does not confirm a current partner by name or settle his present status. A refusal to discuss his private life, a dated remark about availability, or an unnamed reference to a boyfriend should not be turned into a claim about whom he is dating now.
