When did Jill Goodacre and Harry Connick Jr. marry?
Connick said in a 2025 interview with The Sydney Morning Herald that they married in 1994. In the same interview, he described them as still together after 30 years and called Goodacre his best friend.
How did they meet?
Connick has offered different recollections in interviews from different years. In 2025, he recalled first noticing Goodacre on a billboard. In a 2001 interview with CBS News, he recounted meeting her at a swimming pool through a mutual friend and asking her to have lunch with him. These are his separate memories; the accounts should not be merged into one definitive scene.
