Is Cazzie Davis the same person as Cazzie David?
The title’s surname appears to be a shortened or mistaken version of David’s name. A separate AncientFaces genealogy listing names a Cazzie L. Davis, with dates of 1932 and 1985, but it does not establish that this is the person meant by the question or connect her to the writer and filmmaker. Those identities should not be conflated. See the AncientFaces listing.
