Are Bruno Mars and Jessica Caban still together?
The strongest public evidence points to a split. On October 5, 2024, Mars told the audience at a São Paulo concert, “Eu tô solteiro” (“I’m single”), as reported by Brazilian outlet gshow. In January 2025, Caban replied to an Instagram comment about a breakup: “I will always celebrate and be happy for all of his achievements. Cheering from afar,” according to Biography.com.

What Bruno Mars said about Jessica Caban
Before the reported split, Mars spoke warmly about Caban in public. In a 2016 Rolling Stone profile, when asked about marriage, he said: “She’s my best friend. My rock. What’s wrong with that? We’re just happy.”
At the 2018 Grammy Awards, Mars thanked her during his Record of the Year acceptance speech. Parade reproduces his words: “My lady, Jessica. I love you, baby. Why some articles still call Caban his girlfriend
Older profiles used labels such as “girlfriend” or “on-off girlfriend.” For example, a March 2024 South China Morning Post article predates Mars’s October 2024 concert remark. When assessing conflicting descriptions, the publication date and the evidence matter: an earlier relationship label should not be treated as current after a later statement from Mars that he was single.
