But the story does not say Taskmaster hates fighting Moon Knight—or name anyone he hates fighting most.
Why Moon Knight stands out
Marvel describes Taskmaster as Anthony “Tony” Masters, a career criminal and combat trainer. His photographic reflexes let him reproduce fighting techniques he has observed, and he has studied superheroes’ styles to train hired fighters for supervillains and criminal organizations. That makes him dangerous, but copying movements does not guarantee an easy win in every fight. Marvel’s Taskmaster profile also notes that unfamiliar abilities have thrown him off balance.
The strongest example of a matchup going badly for him comes from the Committee storyline. The Committee hired Taskmaster to assassinate Moon Knight, Marc Spector. Taskmaster tried to get out of the deal; Moon Knight pursued him to the Committee’s base and defeated him. The encounter supports calling Moon Knight a particularly difficult or undesirable opponent for Taskmaster. It does not establish a personal hatred.
What the comics establish—and what they don’t
Marvel’s profile lists Moon Knight and Deadpool among the characters whose fighting styles Taskmaster has duplicated. That is evidence that he has studied their movements, not that he fears or dislikes fighting them. Nor does the official material cited here provide a ranking of opponents he hates fighting, or a direct statement from Taskmaster about whom he would most want to avoid.

For a direct comic reference, Marvel’s listing for Moon Knight (2006) #4 identifies the issue with the description “Enter: Taskmaster!” It was published August 2, 2006, written by Charlie Huston, and pencilled by David Finch. The catalog listing is a useful reading path, though its description alone does not recount every detail of the Committee encounter.
Another official listing, Ant-Man (2015) #3, describes a face-off between Ant-Man and Taskmaster. It was published March 11, 2015, written by Nick Spencer, and pencilled by Ramon Rosanas. That confirms another confrontation, but does not show that Ant-Man is an opponent Taskmaster hates fighting.

So, who does Taskmaster hate fighting most?
The best-supported answer is Moon Knight as a notably troublesome opponent—not as a confirmed personal nemesis or the person Taskmaster hates fighting most. Marvel’s official material reviewed here describes the failed assassination contract and Moon Knight’s victory, but does not attribute that specific emotion to Taskmaster. Naming another character, including Deadpool, as his most hated opponent would go beyond the evidence.
