Leanne’s fictional relationships aren’t a guide to the cast’s private lives. Publicly reported details establish two pairings: star Leanne Morgan is married to Chuck Morgan, and Tim Daly, who plays Leanne’s love interest Andrew, is married to Téa Leoni. Reliable current relationship details for the rest of the ensemble could not be confirmed.
Which relationships belong to the show?
Netflix describes Leanne as a 16-episode first-season multi-camera comedy starring, co-created and executive-produced by Leanne Morgan. The story begins when Leanne’s husband leaves her for another woman; by the end of season 1, she is in a new relationship with FBI agent Andrew, played by Tim Daly. These are character storylines, not accounts of the performers’ marriages. Netflix Tudum’s cast overview, published October 27, 2025, provides the cast and plot context.

Netflix announced season 2 for August 27, 2026, and its series page lists season 2 episodes. The show’s fictional relationships may develop as the story continues; the personal-life details below are limited to what dated reports identify.
Leanne Morgan and Chuck Morgan
TVLine’s July 28, 2025 interview report identifies Chuck Morgan as Leanne Morgan’s husband and says they had been married for over 30 years at that time. It also reports that Chuck was amused by Ryan Stiles portraying Morgan’s on-screen husband. The duration is TVLine’s description as of publication, not a precise anniversary date. - Medical Center - Centro Médico - Vol. 1 (3 DVD)
The sitcom’s plot about Leanne being left by her husband is fictional; it should not be read as a description of the Morgans’ real marriage.
Tim Daly and Téa Leoni
Tim Daly plays Andrew, Leanne’s fictional love interest. A TV Insider interview published August 27, 2026, identifies Téa Leoni as Daly’s real-life wife. That is the extent of the relationship detail established by the cited report; it does not make Andrew and Leanne’s story a reflection of Daly and Leoni’s private life. Read the TV Insider interview.

Netflix’s cast overview names Kristen Johnston, Celia Weston, Blake Clark, Ryan Stiles, Graham Rogers and Hannah Pilkes among the performers. The available reliable reporting does not establish current relationship details for them, so it would be misleading to assign partners based on their characters, speculation or unverified claims.
