Lady Dimitrescu’s daughters are Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela—the order in which Capcom’s director names them in a developer interview. That list is not identified as their birth or age order. If you mean the order Ethan encounters them, a GameSpot walkthrough describes Daniela first, Cassandra second, and Bela later.

Capcom director Morimasa Sato names the three daughters as Bela, Cassandra, and Daniela in a PlayStation.Blog interview published May 6, 2021. The interview gives a name-list order, not a family chronology: it does not establish which daughter is oldest, youngest, or born first.

Why there are three daughters
Sato says the number was chosen for gameplay balance after the team considered the number and frequency of Ethan’s encounters. He also describes the daughters as insect-based beings: they can merge into a swarm, making ordinary attacks ineffective and requiring the player to find a strategy. In his account, the sisters look up to Alcina and compete for their mother’s love.
