Who are D’Lila and Jessie Combs?
D’Lila Star Combs and Jessie James Combs are Sean Combs and Kim Porter’s twin daughters, according to ABC News and a 2025 court submission. July 2026 coverage described the sisters as 19. The sources cited here do not independently establish their exact birth date.
They have an older half-sister, Chance Combs. In ABC News’ 2024 family profile, D’Lila said the three sisters support one another’s creative goals. Jessie said she and D’Lila have different personalities and looks, even though they often coordinate what they wear and do. Those comments offer a more individual picture of the twins than simply treating them as interchangeable.
What have they said about their mother?
Kim Porter died in November 2018. In a joint letter submitted to the judge in Sean Combs’s sentencing proceeding, the twins described the loss in their own words: “On November 15, 2018 our lives changed in the biggest way. That was the day we lost our mother. She was everything to us and the most amazing mom we could’ve ever asked for.” The letter is reproduced in the September 22, 2025 sentencing submission.

The sisters also wrote about adjusting to life after Porter’s death and credited their father with supporting them. That is their personal account in a court filing, not independent reporting about family relationships.
Education and public work
Modeling
In a March 2024 profile, ABC News reported that both sisters were working as models. D’Lila said that she, Jessie, and Chance supported each other’s creative endeavors. This describes their public work at the time of that report; it does not establish that modeling is their exclusive or current occupation.
High school graduation
Hot 97 reported that the twins graduated from Sierra Canyon School on May 22, 2025. The report identifies a school milestone, not a subsequent college or career path.
What have they shared about life after their father’s conviction?
Interview coverage published in July 2026 by TheGrio and E! News described the twins discussing their lives after their father’s conviction. E! reported that they said their relationship with him remained good. That is their reported description of a personal relationship; it does not bear on the criminal case.
TheGrio’s July 17 coverage reported Jessie explaining that “1221’s our birthday” and that the number was also a favorite number of their parents. This is an attributed remark from interview coverage, not independent confirmation of a birth date.
