Tallulah Belle Willis
Born February 3, 1994, Tallulah is Bruce and Demi’s youngest daughter. ABC News describes her fashion work. The outlet also quoted an earlier first-person account in which she discussed noticing changes in her father; that experience is hers to describe, not a basis for generalizing about the sisters.
Mabel Ray Willis

In an interview published September 19, 2026, and updated the next day, Emma Heming Willis described Bruce’s condition as primary progressive aphasia, a variant of frontotemporal dementia, and said his communication and language had gradually changed. These are her statements in Le Monde, not an independent clinical assessment. She also discussed the family’s process of adapting and supporting him: Le Monde.

In an August 2025 ABC News update, Heming Willis said the family had decided Bruce would live in a separate home with professional caregivers. She described that setting as safer, quieter and easier for him to navigate, while their daughters remained in a home suited to their needs.
