Marilyn Manson said he turned down Eminem’s request to sing on a song about killing a girlfriend and putting her in a trunk because its misogyny and extremity did not represent him. He did not name the song in the interview. The description points to “Kim,” from The Marshall Mathers LP, but that identification is an inference—not a title Manson gave.
What Marilyn Manson said he turned down
In a 2007 Spin interview, Manson recalled that Eminem had asked him to sing on his first record. Manson said he would have accepted, except that the song was “too misogynistic.” He described it as “the one about killing his girlfriend and putting her in a trunk,” and said it was too over-the-top for him to associate with. As Manson put it, “It didn’t represent where I was at.” Read the Spin interview.

Was the song “Kim”?
“Kim” is the likely answer, but with an important qualification: the quoted Spin passage describes the song without naming it. Eminem’s official track listing places “Kim” on The Marshall Mathers LP, and its subject matches Manson’s description. That makes the identification a strong inference from the account and track listing, not a song title confirmed in Manson’s words. See Eminem’s official listing for The Marshall Mathers LP.
How Eminem’s earlier comments fit in
The accounts are related to a possible collaboration, but they describe different things and should not be conflated.

Eminem’s reported concern in 1999
The Los Angeles Times reported in 1999 that Eminem had been offered a chance to record with Manson, an Interscope label-mate. Eminem said he would probably decline because rap fans might see the pairing as a calculated business move. That was Eminem’s stated concern about collaborating; it was not Manson’s reason for refusing the particular song. Read the Los Angeles Times report.
Eminem’s 2000 response to a rumor
In a 2000 interview, Eminem dismissed a rumor that he had recorded a song with Manson, then said a track was done without identifying it. The interview does not establish that this unnamed track was the song Manson later said he declined. Read the 2000 interview.

- His description makes “Kim” the likely identification, but the interview excerpt does not name the track.
