Ginnifer Goodwin and Josh Dallas: the clearest continuing bond
Goodwin and Dallas met while working on Once Upon a Time and became a couple. Us Weekly’s 2023 retrospective reports that they married in April 2014 and have two children. Their marriage is the strongest publicly documented evidence of an ongoing personal connection between members of the cast. It is not evidence that the entire ensemble remains equally close.
What Jennifer Morrison said when she left
When Morrison discussed her departure in 2017, she described the cast as a family and said: “There’s no bad blood, we’re all parting as friends, we all still care about each other very much. There’s no drama here.” The remark is a direct account of the atmosphere as she left the series. It should not be read as a guarantee that every cast relationship has stayed close in the years since.

Lana Parrilla’s comment about Sean Maguire
During coverage of the 2018 finale, Parrilla spoke positively about Maguire, saying: “I love Sean Maguire, we get along well…” That is clear evidence of friendly rapport while they were working together. Without newer direct reporting about the pair, it cannot establish how close they are now.
What the finale and later reunions show
Co-creator Adam Horowitz described the finale shoot’s emotional quality in terms of bringing people back together: “There was just the reunion aspect, the cast members and crew who we’d spent many years with.” TheWrap’s report documents the significance of that reunion for people who had worked on the series for years; it does not say every cast member was a close friend.

Fan convention panels offer a later, observable point of contact. Popverse reported cast reunion panels at MCM x EGX in 2024 and Emerald City Comic Con in 2025. Those are past appearances, not a current event schedule, and they show public participation rather than private friendship.

The careful answer is that some relationships are documented, but the public evidence does not establish which members of the wider cast remain close today. Goodwin and Dallas are married; Morrison described the cast as parting on good terms in 2017; and Parrilla spoke warmly about Maguire in 2018. Later convention panels show some cast members meeting publicly. On-screen chemistry, a shared fictional family, or a reunion appearance alone cannot confirm a private friendship.
