As of October 8, 2026, no public source establishes the car’s exact whereabouts on a specific date. Its last documented public display was at the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles, and that exhibition closed on November 5, 2025.
Where the car is listed today
Block House Racing describes itself as based in Park City, Utah. Its garage page says the location is home to the Block family’s racecars and special project vehicles, “including some of Ken’s most iconic builds.” The Hoonicorn appears on that page as the 1965 Ford Mustang Hoonicorn RTR. The page is undated and does not name an individual speaker, so the statement is attributed to Block House Racing as an organization.
Two Hoonicorn versions, two different builds
The garage page lists both a V1 and a V2 of the Hoonicorn. They differ in engine setup, power and the project each one is tied to, so a power figure or a description only applies to the version it names.
| Attribute | Hoonicorn V1 | Hoonicorn V2 |
|---|---|---|
| Engine setup | Naturally aspirated Roush Yates 410-cubic-inch Ford V8 with individual throttle bodies | Custom twin-turbo setup |
| Drivetrain | All-wheel drive | Not stated on the garage page |
| Power listed | 845 hp | 1,400 hp |
| Project tie-in | Gymkhana SEVEN | Pikes Peak Climbkhana project |
These figures are specifications published by Block House Racing on its garage page. They are not independent measurements, and reports that quote different horsepower numbers are often describing different versions.
