What Taylor has said about co-parenting

The 2026 court update
Us Weekly reported that Tate filed for a temporary restraining order in June 2026 and that the request was denied in July. The same July 1 report said the custody matter had not yet been ruled on at the time it was updated. A filing or allegation is not a court finding, and the reported denial of the temporary request should not be presented as a ruling on the underlying custody matter.
Those proceedings are distinct from the separate case involving Taylor and Dakota Mortensen, which the Associated Press reported on April 30, 2026. That matter is not Tate’s case. The available coverage does not include a direct statement from Tate or a court document establishing further details.
