Sherilyn Fenn is still working as an actor and author. Her official website describes her as an “ACTRESS | AUTHOR | ADVOCATE,” and the most recent dated project report on her, from Bloody Disgusting in November 2025, says she is reuniting with Twin Peaks co-star Ray Wise in the psychological thriller The Good Dark. That report confirms production had begun. It does not confirm that the film has been completed or released.

The latest confirmed project: The Good Dark
Bloody Disgusting reported on November 13, 2025 that Fenn and Ray Wise were reuniting in The Good Dark, a psychological thriller that had begun production. The story follows Sue Penth, a psychic, and her husband Edward. After a medical setback leaves the couple with hospital bills, they scheme to deceive Sue’s clients, and the deception leads to tragedy.

Career since Twin Peaks
Fenn is best known for playing Audrey Horne in Twin Peaks and returned to the role for Twin Peaks: The Return, which aired in 2017. Her career, however, extends well beyond that character. The credits below are representative examples drawn from her official site and the Us Weekly overview. They are not a complete list, and none is presented here as her most recent work.
Film
- Wild at Heart
- Of Mice and Men
- Boxing Helena
Television
- Rude Awakening
- Shameless
- Shining Vale
- Gilmore Girls and Ray Donovan, both listed on her official site’s film and television section
David Lynch, who co-created Twin Peaks, died in January 2025, as Us Weekly reported that month. His death is part of the background to the show’s cast reuniting over the years, but the sources do not say anything about how it has shaped Fenn’s own plans.

Her children’s book, No Man’s Land
Fenn is also an author. Her official site promotes No Man’s Land, a children’s book that the site describes as “A YOUNG BOY’S JOURNEY THROUGH THE LAND OF ‘NOs’.” That is the publisher’s own promotional wording on her site, not an interview quotation. The site states the book is available at Amazon.com. It is a children’s story, not a clinical or educational guide.

How to check for newer updates
- Start with Sherilyn Fenn’s official website, which lists her current self-description, her books and her credits in her own framing.
- Search trade and entertainment outlets for “The Good Dark” and “Hunter Lee Hughes” to find any news after November 2025 about completion, festival screenings or distribution.
- Check the film’s listing on any platform you use, confirming the country and release date shown on that page before assuming a title is available.
- Treat undated fan sites and aggregator pages with caution. If a claim about her private life or a new role lacks a named source and date, it is not established.
