As of October 8, 2026, Abby Lee Miller remains active in dance and entertainment through live appearances, online classes, digital platforms and her podcast. Her public work still draws heavily on the legacy of Dance Moms. Recent coverage also revisited her legal and health history, but does not provide a detailed assessment of her current health.
What Abby Lee Miller is doing now
Miller’s official Abby Lee Dance Company website says she continues teaching and entertaining through live events, online classes and digital platforms. The site also promotes ALDC-branded merchandise, including team jackets. These are the activities her company currently presents; the site’s account of the company’s history and alumni is the company’s own description.
Her official Linktree promotes apparel, podcast merchandise, online classes and appearances. Its 2026 listings included a Long Island event on August 23 and a Nashville appearance on September 21. A listing shows that an appearance was promoted, not that it took place as scheduled or that tickets are still available.
How Dance Moms remains part of her work
Miller continues to revisit her best-known television work through Leave It On The Dance Floor. The podcast’s episode listing includes episodes from 2026, including a June 17 conversation with a former Dance Moms family and guest episodes in April and May. The show discusses Dance Moms and Miller’s related television projects through interviews and behind-the-scenes conversations.

The connection also features in her live appearances. On March 24, 2026, Arizona’s Family reported that Miller was in Arizona for a sold-out event in downtown Phoenix. Its interview report covered the show’s legacy, her coaching style, her time in prison and health battles afterward. That report is a dated account of one event, not a current review of her health.
What is known about her health and legal history
The March 2026 interview report confirms that Miller discussed prison time and health challenges that followed. The accessible report does not establish a detailed current diagnosis or provide a specific present-day health assessment. It therefore does not support claims about her current treatment, prognosis or mobility.

Merchandise and online presence
The ALDC website displays team jackets and other branded merchandise, while Miller’s Linktree points to apparel, podcast merchandise, online classes and an Abby Lee Dance Company Amazon page. Those sources do not establish the Amazon page’s exact catalog or confirm the current availability of a particular product there.
