The dates and current public-role details below are reported in a 2026 Daily Beast/The Looker update. They are not independently verified here against marriage records. “Where now” refers to documented public work and statements, not a claim about anyone’s private life.

What Crystal Hefner has said about life at the mansion
Crystal Hefner has described her experience in interviews and in her memoir, Only Say Good Things. In a 2024 CBS News interview, she recalled the restrictions and expectations she experienced, saying, “There was nothing free about it. I felt trapped.” She also said, “I just made myself Hef’s mirror, and that was my job.” These are her descriptions of her own experience, not a claim that every former partner had the same one.
In a 2024 interview with The Guardian, she reflected: “I went along with everything for so long, but I was brainwashed, really.” Her account should be understood as her own recollection and interpretation of the relationship.

How Madison, Marquardt and Wilkinson have described their lives after Hefner
Madison has written about the mansion period in her memoirs and has described it as damaging to her self-esteem. That is her characterization of her experience. The 2026 update identifies her children with former husband Pasquale Rotella and her podcast work, but the public projects listed above are not a complete account of her private life.
Marquardt’s current public projects identified in the update are her podcasts. The available reporting does not establish a similarly detailed personal account of her time at the mansion.
Wilkinson’s later public career includes reality television and real estate, according to the 2026 update. It quotes her describing herself as a “balanced, single, positive, fun woman who loves life.” That description is her quoted self-characterization in the update.

Hefner dated many women, so the women covered here are not a complete roster. The Shannon twins are among the other prominent girlfriends associated with the final season of The Girls Next Door. Beyond their reported arrival at the mansion in 2008 and move out in 2010, the cited 2026 update does not provide enough information to make a reliable current-life summary for both.
