Bluey season 3 was announced in May 2021 and premiered in Australia on November 22, 2021. Its international release was staged: Disney+ announced the first 25 seven-minute stories in 2022, followed by ten more episodes in July 2023. The dates differ by territory and platform, so there was no single worldwide premiere.
When did Bluey season 3 come out?
The season’s return was announced on May 24, 2021, when BBC Studios and Disney said it was in production. That announcement covered Disney Channel, Disney Junior and Disney+ in territories outside Australia, New Zealand and China. It did not set one international premiere date. BBC Studios’ announcement

Ten additional episodes
On July 12, 2023, BBC Studios announced ten more episodes for Disney+. The named examples included “Stories,” “Onesies,” “Tradies” and “Granny Mobile.” The announcement also said episodes were available on Disney Channel and Disney Junior. BBC Studios’ 2023 announcement

Why the 2021 announcement called it Emmy-winning
BBC Studios’ May 2021 announcement described Bluey as Emmy Award-winning, noting its International Emmy Kids Award in the Preschool category in 2020. BBC Studios also said the series won four Kidscreen Awards in February 2021. Those are honors reported at the time of the renewal announcement, not new awards tied to the later episode releases. What to know about the figures in the original announcement
BBC Studios reported in May 2021 that seasons one and two had received over 480 million plays on ABC iview since the show launched in 2018, and that Bluey was available in more than 60 countries at that time. These are historical figures from that announcement, not current totals. BBC Studios

Finding the season now
Streaming catalogs vary by country and change over time. The historical announcements establish Disney+ as part of the distribution plan, but they do not guarantee that season 3 is currently available in every territory. Check the local Disney+ listing or the relevant broadcaster’s schedule for present-day access. The announcements cited here establish season 3’s return and releases through 2023; they do not establish whether a later season has been announced by October 8, 2026.
