Disney’s monthly listing dates Eyes of Wakanda for August 1, while a separate Disney corporate preview gives August 6 as its planned premiere date; the official announcements conflict.

When does Eyes of Wakanda come to Disney+?
Disney’s two official announcements give different dates. The August monthly schedule lists the series for Friday, August 1, with all episodes streaming. The Walt Disney Company’s January 2025 Marvel Animation preview says the four-episode series would stream Wednesday, August 6. Neither announcement resolves the discrepancy, so the date should be treated as conflicting official listings rather than a settled premiere date.
What the series is about
Disney describes the animated action-adventure series as following Wakandan warriors through history as they undertake dangerous missions to recover Vibranium artifacts. The August schedule calls the secret organization Hatut Zeraze; the January corporate preview spells it Hatut Zaraze. The premise is consistent across the descriptions, but the organization’s name differs between the two pages.
