Mitch Holleman played Jake Hart on Reba, but the reliable sources available here do not establish how he identifies. A Reddit thread shows that some fans have asked whether he is transgender; that question is speculation, not confirmation. Without a public statement from Holleman, his gender identity should not be presented as fact.
What is established about Mitch Holleman?
Holleman played Jake Hart on the sitcom Reba. Hallmark’s cast biography identifies him with the role and says he had already been acting for six years by age 11. Reba McEntire’s official acting page also lists Holleman as Jake Hart.

What do the sources say about his gender identity?
The cited official cast pages identify Holleman as an actor on Reba; they do not discuss his gender identity. The sources reviewed do not establish how he identifies, and no public self-identification statement addressing the question is cited here. That absence is not proof of any particular identity.
Why are fans asking?
A Reddit thread in the r/reba community contains the question, “Just curious, does anyone know if Mitch Holleman (Jake) is transgender?” It shows that some viewers have wondered about the subject; anonymous discussion cannot verify a person’s identity. Appearance, clothing, makeup, or social-media guesses are not evidence either.

How to read the question responsibly
Gender identity is personal, and the clearest basis for describing someone’s identity is their own public statement. In the absence of one in the sources cited here, the accurate answer is that Holleman’s identity is not established by these sources. His confirmed connection to the question is his role as Jake Hart on Reba, a sitcom about a family that is also outlined on Hallmark’s series overview.
