Is the Seiko Coutura SSC700 the same watch?
No. Seiko USA’s Coutura SSC700 is a separate solar alarm chronograph, not the watch identified in Arctic. Its official product page lists a perpetual calendar, a 60-minute chronograph, a six-month power reserve when fully charged, 10 bar/100 m water resistance, and a 44 mm diameter. Those specifications apply to the SSC700 only and should not be attributed to the film-associated SSC357.
