People We Meet on Vacation Netflix release time
| U.S. time zone | Release time |
|---|---|

That means viewers in Los Angeles and Seattle could expect the film at midnight, while viewers in New York and Atlanta could expect it at 3 a.m. In Phoenix, the practical local time was 1 a.m.; Arizona does not observe daylight saving time, so its relationship to Mountain Time can vary depending on the season.

Why was the release time 12:00 a.m. Pacific?
Netflix says its original films and television shows generally launch worldwide at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The U.S. times above are conversions of that standard Netflix release convention for January 9, which fell during standard time.

Could the time be different outside the United States?
Possibly. The schedule above is optimized for U.S. viewers. Netflix says titles treated as Netflix Originals in a particular market typically follow the 12:00 a.m. Pacific release convention, while titles that are not Netflix Originals in that country may follow local availability rules instead.
Country-specific availability can also affect whether the movie appears at all, as well as its audio, subtitle options, rating, and exact launch timing. The language options shown on one Netflix market’s title page should not be assumed to apply everywhere. If the film does not appear at the expected time, search for the title directly in the Netflix app or check its title details page for your region.
