The headline refers to Bethesda’s October 23, 2025 Fallout Day Broadcast, not a new 2026 livestream. Bethesda said the broadcast would bring updates on existing Fallout games, community celebrations and upcoming fan events; its recap covered Fallout 76, Fallout 4, Fallout: New Vegas, Fallout Shelter and merchandise. In July 2026, Bethesda Game Studios said it would not hold a traditional Fallout Day broadcast that year, while planning a live celebration in Washington, D.C., for the franchise’s 30th anniversary in 2027.
When was the Fallout Day livestream?
Bethesda scheduled the 2025 Fallout Day Broadcast for October 23 at 1 p.m. ET, streaming on Twitch, YouTube and Steam. The official event reminder described the program as featuring “updates on existing Fallout games, community celebrations and upcoming fan events.” Bethesda’s recap later summarized the announcements.
What did the 2025 broadcast cover?
Fallout 76: Burning Springs
Bethesda announced Burning Springs, a free update featuring a new region in Ohio, characters, bounty missions and The Ghoul from the Fallout television series. The original announcement said the update was coming December 2, 2025; that was the schedule announced at the time, not a current release-status statement.
Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition
The announced Anniversary Edition bundle included the base game, all six official add-ons and more than 150 Creation Club items. Bethesda said it would launch digitally on Xbox Series X|S, PC and PlayStation 5 on November 10, 2025, alongside the arrival of Creations in Fallout 4.

Is there a Fallout Day broadcast in 2026?
No traditional broadcast was planned for 2026, according to a July 17, 2026 statement from Bethesda Game Studios. The studio said it was instead planning a live Fallout Day celebration in Washington, D.C., in 2027 for Fallout’s 30th anniversary. That is a plan, not a published event date or schedule. Bethesda Game Studios’ note also said a major Fallout 76 expansion called Raven Rock was planned for 2027 and described it as a prequel story to Fallout 3. It said Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas remasters were in development, without announcing release dates.
What else has Bethesda said is in development?
The July 2026 note said more Fallout Shelter Seasons were ahead and that an unscripted television project was in development with Amazon Studios and Kilter Films. It did not give release timing or a distribution destination for that project. Bethesda also said Fallout 4 had passed its 10-year anniversary and reported over 35 million copies sold; it cited more than 250 million Fallout Shelter players and nearly 70 free Fallout 76 updates. These are figures stated by Bethesda Game Studios, not independently measured estimates.
