At the Season 1 wedding, Giannina said yes and Damian said no. The rejection ended their wedding day, but not their relationship immediately. In a 2020 interview with TIME around the reunion, Giannina said she contacted Damian soon after the wedding and they resumed dating.

They eventually broke up
They did not stay together. Netflix Tudum’s September 29, 2026 account says they dated for a period after the show and eventually split. The series had also shown difficulties around communication and intimacy; Damian’s family declined to meet Giannina before the wedding.

How did Giannina meet Blake Horstmann?
Giannina met Blake Horstmann while filming All Star Shore in 2021, according to a February 2025 interview with Remezcla. Horstmann had previously appeared on The Bachelorette and Bachelor in Paradise. Their relationship began after Giannina’s time with Damian, not as a continuation of the Love Is Blind pairing.
Do Giannina and Blake have a child, and are they married?
Netflix Tudum reports that Giannina and Blake welcomed their first child in 2024 and got engaged in November 2024. The sources differ on the child’s birth month: Netflix Tudum gives April, while Remezcla identifies their son as Heath Orion and reports March. The year is consistent, but the month is not.
A February 2, 2026 episode description for Trading Secrets called them engaged and said they were planning a wedding. Netflix Tudum’s September 29, 2026 update still described them as together. Those sources establish an engagement and wedding planning, not that a wedding had taken place.

In a 2024 Netflix interview, Giannina said it took time after Love Is Blind to reassess who she was and what she wanted in a healthy long-term relationship. She said she chose not to pressure herself about dating and described Blake as “the love of my life.”
