Kendall Jenner was talking about Kim Kardashian’s oversized orange Prada jumpsuit, not a look of her own. The exchange appeared in season two, episode three of The Kardashians, during a Milan Fashion Week scene.
What outfit did Kendall say looked like a diaper?
Kim wore a bright orange Prada jumpsuit—described in episode coverage as an oversized boiler suit—while in Milan for Fashion Week. When Kim showed it to Kendall, Kendall remarked, “It kind of looks like you have a diaper on,” according to Capital XTRA’s October 6, 2022 recap. The outfit was styled open over a black bra.
Entertainment Tonight’s October 5, 2022 recap reports a close variant: “kinda looked like you had a diaper on.” The wording differs slightly between the two accounts; the Capital XTRA sentence above is quoted exactly as that outlet gives it.
Which episode was the exchange in?
The scene was in season two, episode three of The Kardashians, set around Kim’s time in Milan ahead of the Prada show. Capital XTRA identifies the scene as part of that episode. Its recap says the series streams on Hulu, though availability can vary by location and date.

Was this about Kendall’s own outfit?
No. A separate story followed Kendall’s appearance at Jacquemus’s spring/summer 2024 show at the Château de Versailles on June 26, 2023. She wore a white, puffy strapless mini look, which online commenters compared to an oversized diaper, among other things. India Today reported on those reactions on June 27, 2023; Capital XTRA’s June 27 coverage also distinguished the runway discussion from Kendall’s earlier comment about Kim.
