Nicole Bahls said a theater director harassed her during an external recording connected to Pânico in 2013. She first described the incident without naming him in November 2022; in a February 2023 interview, she identified the director as Gerald Thomas. Bahls also said she feared losing her work if she spoke up at the time—and explicitly said she was never harassed by the Pânico team.
What Bahls said happened
During a November 2022 appearance on the podcast Quem Pode, Pod, Bahls said a well-known theater director put his hand inside her skirt while she was recording an interview. She did not identify the director in that appearance. UOL Splash’s report on 16 November 2022 covered her account and her comments about the program.

Bahls said she was afraid to tell Pânico’s direction because she feared losing her work. She also said people at the program sensed that something was wrong. Her account describes what she said happened; the reports consulted do not identify an official finding or adjudication.
When she identified the director
In a 3 February 2023 interview with UOL Universa, Bahls named Gerald Thomas and said the incident took place in 2013 during an external recording. She said she felt uncomfortable and, looking back, would seek a penalty for the person responsible. The chronology matters: she named Thomas in the 2023 interview, not in her 2022 podcast account.

In that interview, she also said she had wondered whether the clothes they wore might have contributed, but concluded that clothing does not justify the conduct. This is her retrospective account, not a separate determination about the incident.
What she said about Pânico—and what she did not
Bahls drew a clear distinction between the director she described and the people on the program. In the 2022 account, she said she had never suffered harassment from the Pânico team and described them as family. She also credited the show with giving her her first television opportunity, while criticizing humor or treatment of women that she felt crossed a line.

Her separate 2013 criticism of some recordings in which she wore a bikini should not be confused with the theater director incident. A contemporaneous NaTelinha report from 28 August 2013 covered those comments about feeling aggrieved by the recordings; it does not establish that they were the same event.
How the account developed
| Date | What Bahls said or what was reported | Identification and source |
|---|---|---|
| 2013 | Bahls later placed the external-recording incident in this year. Separately, she criticized some bikini-based recordings. | The incident’s date appears in her 2023 UOL Universa interview; the bikini-recording comments were covered separately by NaTelinha in 2013. |
| November 2022 | On Quem Pode, Pod, she described a theater director putting his hand inside her skirt while she recorded an interview, and said she feared losing work if she spoke up. | She did not name the director in this appearance; UOL Splash reported her account on 16 November. |
| February 2023 | She identified Gerald Thomas, dated the incident to 2013, and discussed how she would respond differently now. | Interview with Bahls published by UOL Universa on 3 February. |
| June 2026 | NaTelinha reported that Bahls revisited the incident on Erika Pod and included more explicit detail. | Secondary coverage published 9 June; it is not a reviewed transcript, so those additional details should be attributed to the report. |
What the reports establish—and what they do not
The accounts establish what Bahls said in interviews and podcast appearances, and when she supplied identifying details. They do not establish an official finding, a formal complaint, or a legal outcome. The 2026 NaTelinha story is a later secondary report, not a transcript reviewed here. The incident she attributed to Thomas should not be presented as an act by Pânico staff, whom she expressly said had not harassed her.
