What did Wilson say about her divorce?
When asked about her lowest point, Wilson answered, “Lowest is loss. Losing a mum. Losing a marriage.” She also said sadness often becomes creative material for her. That exact wording is not established by the interview. It is more accurate to describe it as headline framing than as a direct quotation or verified statement by Wilson. Her reported words are that Bywater was her “soulmate and best friend,” and that the birthday celebration was “super-happy.”
