Kiara disputed Ben’s account
On February 20, 2026, Kiara posted a TikTok saying Ben’s claims about her on the show were “100% false” and that she ended the relationship because of how he treated her. She also denied being romantically involved with any of his friends. These are Kiara’s statements, reported by Parade; the available reporting does not resolve the disagreement between her account and Ben’s. Parade’s report on Kiara’s response.
How Kate and Ben know each other
Kate and Ben met during Season 2 of Below Deck, which Bravo says premiered in August 2014. Bravo reported on March 1, 2026, that they remained friends and appeared together on the Below Deck Down Under Season 4 After Show.
