Altschul said the arrangement was for estate planning and asset allocation, adding, “It’s all for estate planning [and] asset allocation.” The coverage does not disclose the consideration paid or enough financial detail to calculate how the transfer affected her net worth.
Altschul also said she was tired of managing the property and that Whitney would take responsibility for it. In a March 2025 follow-up, Bravo reported that she continued to live there while he took over the estate. None of those reports establishes whether or how the house is included in Celebrity Net Worth’s $100 million estimate. Adding the home’s approximate value to that estimate would risk counting the same asset twice, while subtracting it or treating it as sale proceeds would also be unsupported.
