Invictus Galati is a satirical social-media video, not a commercially released feature film. In a Roman-themed sketch reported by PerthNow on July 2, 2024, Spudshed’s Tony Galati and his old friend Tony Sands play out a mock battle over olive trees and prices.
What is Invictus Galati?
PerthNow described Invictus Galati as a video posted to Spudshed’s Instagram. The report glosses “invictus” as “unconquered” in Latin. Although the story uses film language, it presents the piece as a short satirical social-media video; it does not establish a commercial film release. PerthNow’s July 2, 2024 report is the source for the video’s title and details.
What happens in the Roman-themed sketch?
In PerthNow’s account, Galati appears in shining armour and confronts Sands over the “rightful ownership” of Rome’s olive trees. Their staged dispute turns into a mock duel, with the olive trees and the price of olives as the comic stakes. The report says the video freezes the two at each other’s throats before Galati jumps toward the camera holding two swords.
The dialogue makes the joke explicit. Galati praises the olives as “Magnificent olives,” while Sands declares, “Our families for generations and thousands of years protected these olive oil trees. Hey you, stop stealing my olives!” Galati answers, “I’m gonna keep on taking my olives.” Sands then threatens to feed him to the lions in the Colosseum and adds, “You keep your prices where they are!” These are lines attributed to the video by PerthNow, not historical claims about ancient Rome.

Who is Tony Sands?
PerthNow identifies Sands as managing director of family-owned Sands Fridge Lines. The report says he had more than 40 years of experience in cold-chain and distribution services; that experience figure is attributed to the article, rather than independently verified here.
How does the video fit into the Italy-trip posts?
PerthNow places the Roman sketch among Galati and Sands’s Italy-trip content. It also mentions an earlier gondola appearance in Venice and a later appearance near Rome’s Trevi Fountain. Those itinerary details are the report’s account, not independently confirmed travel records.
