Reports said an attendee fell during an encounter with security at Travis Scott’s 23 October 2024 concert at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, then showed seizure-like movements and received medical attention. The footage and eyewitness account do not establish a medical diagnosis or a legal finding about the guard’s actions.
What reports say happened at Marvel Stadium
The incident occurred during the Melbourne stop of Travis Scott’s Circus Maximus tour on 23 October 2024. PerthNow’s 25 October account described footage of two men trying to cross a barricade from the seated area toward the mosh pit. One was taken down by security; the other fell while running in the opposite direction after appearing to be kicked.
The report said the attendee then appeared to have a seizure while restrained. Staff moved him into the recovery position before he was taken away by stretcher. These are descriptions of footage and reported events, not a confirmed medical diagnosis or a determination that the guard acted unlawfully.
What is known about the attendee’s condition
Pedestrian.TV, relaying an eyewitness account to 9News, said the witness thought the attendee hit his head in the fall and then appeared to be having a seizure. That is the witness’s impression, not a medically verified finding. The reporting reviewed does not establish whether the attendee sustained a head injury, received a seizure diagnosis, or what his later condition was.

What Marvel Stadium said
As reported by LADbible, a Marvel Stadium spokesperson said the venue was aware of social-media footage showing patrons behaving in an unacceptable manner, as well as a separate clip of a security guard detaining a patron who attempted to gain unauthorised access to the arena, after which medical attention was provided. The spokesperson said: “The stadium is currently undertaking a post-event debrief with our security contractors.”
