These are updates from Netflix published in 2025, not confirmation of Sandy’s status today.
What happened between Sandy and Nick after The Ultimatum?
Netflix Tudum’s Aug. 1, 2025 reunion follow-up reported that Sandy and Nick had broken up. Nick had issued the ultimatum; at the reunion, he said Sandy was further along in ending the relationship, while he reached the same conclusion later. Sandy reflected that the relationship had unhealthy elements and that she was unhappy. Netflix’s Season 3 cast guide outlines the original Nick-and-Sandy setup.
Did Sandy and J.R. date after the experiment?
No. Sandy said at the reunion that she and J.R. Warren did not have a relationship after the experiment, and that pursuing him was not what she wanted. She described their connection as involving both deep conversations and attraction, while saying her focus during the experiment was understanding her relationship with Nick.
Sandy also reflected that she regretted moving quickly into the trial marriage with J.R. and wished she had been more mindful of Nick’s feelings. In her later Perfect Match Season 3 appearance, she revisited her connection with J.R. and said the experience helped her realize that chapter was closed.

What did Sandy do after the reunion?
In its Aug. 1, 2025 reunion report, Netflix said Sandy was focusing on herself, including therapy and spiritual shadow work, and reported that she had launched a swimwear line. The report establishes what was said at that time; it does not verify whether the business is operating today.
What happened between Sandy and Louis on Perfect Match?
Sandy and Louis Russell formed a connection on Perfect Match Season 3, but they did not continue romantically after filming. In Netflix’s later follow-up on the cast, Sandy attributed the split to living in different countries and being at different stages in life. She spoke positively about the connection and described her dating status at the time as “complicated but fun.”

Is Sandy Gallagher dating anyone now?
The available Netflix updates do not establish Sandy’s relationship status as of Oct. 8, 2026. “Complicated but fun” was her description in the later Perfect Match update, not confirmation of her current status. The reunion report and the subsequent cast update are dated accounts, so they should not be treated as real-time relationship news.
